Reddit user Devilmay1233 uploaded a video on the Genshin Impact subreddit showcasing their incredible trick to travel faster in water. The method revolves around four Genshin Impact characters and the player’s ability to switch between them effortlessly. These are Scaramouche, Kamisato Ayaka, Qiqi, and Kaeya Alberich, and they are very helpful in traversing across water due to their Cryo abilities. The first part of the trick is using the skill moves of Scaramouche to glide over a short distance and Ayaka from Genshin Impact to travel underwater at high speeds. Users must remember Ayaka’s stamina in Genshin Impact when she’s underwater, as a slight misstep can cause the method to fail.
When stamina runs out, the next step is to switch to Qiqi and use her skill move to freeze the surrounding water, creating a solid platform to stand on. Finally, Genshin Impact gamers must switch to Kaeya as soon as Qiqi’s cooldown is about to end and perform his special ability to enlarge the frozen portion. Now, players can switch back to Scaramouche from Genshin Impact as he can now perform his gliding move, thanks to the solid surface created by the Cryo abilities of other characters.
The beginning of the video shows the original poster at a shore in Genshin Impact, with the nearest landmass seemingly miles away. Thanks to this neat traveling trick involving Cryo characters in Genshin Impact, Devilmay1233 crosses the massive water body in slightly over two minutes. However, it should be noted that Genshin Impact players must keep track of parameters like Ayaka’s stamina and Qiqi’s cooldown for the effective execution of this method to travel faster on water.
