The first part of the ongoing Genshin Impact update 3.3 has introduced one five-star Anemo user Wanderer and a four-star named Faruzan. Even though four-star units are generally weaker, their lack of power is compensated by the fact that Travelers can build up their constellation much easier as they have a lower pity. This pity system guarantees players a four-star drop within every ten wishes.

Reddit user RapidFresh has shared an interesting chart ranking the game’s four-star units by the number of consecutive banners they have missed. At the top of the list with five missed updates is the popular four-star Cryo support Chongyun whose release dates back to Genshin Impact update 1.0, which makes him one of the oldest characters in the game. Chongyun is part of the famous National party which is one of the strongest types of team compositions in Genshin Impact, despite having four characters that have a lower rarity.
Recent Spiral Abyss data for version 3.3 reveals that the National team is very effective against the current enemy lineup in the Abyss. Xinyan, Yun Jin, and Ningguang share the second place on the list with three missed updates. The Pyro user Xinyan was released in the game’s second update alongside the Geo user Zhongli. She is a decent Pyro character whose two best roles are either being a shielder or a nuke support that deals tons of damage with her Elemental burst.
Players who want to enhance her shielding powers should try to build as much Defense on her as possible since her Sweeping Fervor scales with this stat. Both Yun Jin and Ningguang are considered decent Geo characters in Genshin Impact who can fill different roles in team composition.
Yun Jin is a niche Genshin Impact character whose supportive capabilities revolve around having a DPS unit that relies on dealing damage with their Normal Attacks. Ningguang is one of the only Geo DPS characters in the game alongside the five-star unit Arataki Itto. Players who want Ningguang to compete with other DPS units in the game need to level up all of her constellations.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
