The official Genshin Impact live stream event for the current update has confirmed the two five-star characters that will arrive for the second banner. While the first part of the update featured a new Genshin Impact character named Yae Miko, the second cycle will bring two banner re-runs for Raiden Shogun and Sangonomiya Kokomi.

Players need to spend their Intertwined Fates in order to use a wish. Genshin Impact’s limited character banners consist of three four-star and one five-star character. Five-star characters have a higher rarity and are obviously harder to acquire, but players are guaranteed to get a five-star every 90 wishes, though they can drop much sooner. Genshin Impact’s official social media accounts have already revealed the four-star characters that will arrive on this double banner re-run:
Bennett (four-star Pyro sword user) Kojou Sara (four-star Electro bow user) Xinyan (four-star Pyro claymore user)
Bennett is still one of the strongest Genshin Impact supports for most team compositions that require a stronger damage buffer or healer. However, his ideal build should be focused on stacking energy recharge and HP. One of his strengths is that he can create a lot of energy and elemental particles which allows players to refill their burst much faster.
Kojou Sara is another very flexible Genshin Impact character and her role in the party depends on her build. Generally speaking, due to her versatility, Sara is probably best placed as a sub-DPS character, but she can also fill the DPS position at times. She also has great enabling capabilities for a couple of characters meaning that she can be used as a support as well.
When it comes to Xinyan, players should try to increase her constellations at least to the second level. This means that players may need to acquire her at least two additional times in order for her to become a viable Genshin Impact character in the Spiral Abyss. Getting her to C2 will ensure that the Crit rate for the elemental burst will increase by 100%. However, it should be noted that her Elemental Burst deals more physical than Pyro damage which is important to keep in mind as it affects her DPS capabilities.
Genshin Impact is available right now for mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version also in development.
